Fruit And Veggie Diet
I’m very overweight… should I try a mainly fruit and veggie diet for a couple weeks?
I will have eggs, tuna, and whole grains sometimes..
I’m 5′5 and 145 lbs… very fat and chubby and overweight…. heading towards obese if I gain anymore.
Yes that would work but your body will probably be in shock first off if your used to eating junk so dont freak out and go off the meal plan. 1300 calories a day is what you need to lose, anything less will hurt you.
